The Chicago Blackhawks will start their pre-season on Sat.Sep.19th at 8:30p.m(ET) against the Washington Capitals at the Verizon Center. Last season the Blackhawks were 0-1 against the caps.

The Chicago Blackhawks are a rising young hockey team in the NHL. They are coming off of an amazing season last year making it to the Western Conference Finals. There are high expectations for these budding stars entering the 2009/2010 season. Next game:Wed.Dec.9th vs. New York Rangers
My Inspiration
Ever since I was about 3 years old I was a fan of the Hawks. Starting from wearing Blackhawks pajamas at 3 years of age to now watching as many Hawks games as I can. Since I like this team so much I decided to blog about them. Hopefully you will enjoy this blog and cheer on the Hawks.
